As a Certified Health Coach, Leslie is a supportive mentor who helps clients shift their behavior toward healthier habits. Whether your goal is recovery, losing weight, improving digestion, reducing stress, or boosting energy, Leslie will work with you to create a program that’s designed just for you to support you in developing sustainable lifestyle changes. Through a collaborative discovery process, you will uncover what pieces of the puzzle are holding you back and how to get “unstuck”on your journey to regaining whole health.
Leslie will also help you discover your strengths and figure out how to make the changes that work for your life. Leslie doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness; the only path to your success is finding exactly what works for you to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
