Transcend Mind & Body Wellness’ Fitness Coaching program combines Personal Training and Health Coaching to accelerate your results and propel you toward your personal fitness goals so you can become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself. You will first uncover the “why” behind your fitness goals and what challenges or barriers might be getting in the way of achieving them. By shifting your mindset around these challenges, we will keep you moving toward creating lasting change. We will then work together to create a roadmap focused on getting results. Your personalized workout plan will push you out of your comfort zone as you continue to make progress and move toward a more fit and healthier YOU!


Leslie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach whose goal is to educate, grow and encourage you each step of the way as you gain confidence and build a strong foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.
